Terms of Service

- Payment is made through PayPal invoices, I will need your email associated with your PayPal in order to send you an invoice.
- All prices are in USD.
- I usually do not start work until I am paid in full.
- If you need to pay in multiple payments, that is fine. I will start work after you make the first payment, but it will not be complete until you give me the final payment.
- YOU MAY NOT PAY FOR A COMMISSION IN CRYPTOCURRENCY OR MAKE NFTS OUT OF ART I MAKE FOR YOU.
- You must be 18+ to order a commission from me, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- I like to communicate regularly with my clients and send work-in-progress photos as I work. If you would like WIP pictures, when asking me for a quote or inquiry, please include your Discord, Telegram, or e-mail address so I can send you progress pictures and so I can keep in contact.
- You can request edits and changes when I show you work-in-progress pictures during the sketching. If it's something I might have missed from the references or description given, that's on me and totally free of charge. However, if you change your mind on bigger concept changes like posing, I only allow a certain amount of changes before you start incurring fees (the threshold changes depending on how big the edits are and what kind of picture it is).
- No changes are allowed past the sketching stage except for minor coloring edits and text changes. It is on you to make sure the concept is to your liking in the beginning stages before you give me the go-ahead to finish the piece. This massively wastes my time and is annoying at best.
- I do require a reference unless I am doing a character design. I will take written descriptions, game screenshots, photo references, and reference sheets. I prefer reference sheets or flat-colored pictures to be used for reference but I can work with any of the above.
- I may stylize your character to work with my own personal style, however I'll make sure to check in with you first to make sure it meshes with what you want. I may change colors (mostly lightening anything that is pure black).
- I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON THE FINAL PRODUCT.
- If you want a refund before I begin work, I will refund you in full. If work has started, it will be a partial refund.
- I will try and meet deadlines to the best of my ability, though I prefer at least a month's notice beforehand.
- Turnaround time can vary depending on the length of my queue and life circumstances, as I have chronic pain that can flare up. If the turnaround exceeds 3 or 4 months then you can ask for a refund.
- You will receive the full resolution PNG image. Transparent PNGs can be requested as can PSD files.
- You may use any art I do for you as an icon on social media, on your YouTube channel, post it in your Furaffinity gallery, post it on Twitter, wherever you’d like; so long as I am linked back to in some way.
- You ABSOLUTELY CANNOT resell my content for money in any way shape or form.
- I have the right to refuse service to anyone. If you make me feel threatened or your commission is generally offensive, I will not accept it or I will terminate it. Please be courteous.
- If you want a commission outside of what is offered here, contact me and we can figure something out! I will be adding more services with the more art I make.
